Salary: £40,000 – £56,000 (depending on experience)

This role provides essential administrative and operational support across day-to-day procurement activities, with exposure to global stakeholders and a variety of suppliers

  • esMaintain accurate records and documentation of all purchase orders and procurement activiti
  • esMonitor and follow up on outstanding approvals on a daily bas
  • isSupport Business-as-Usual (BAU) procurement activities including purchasing, logistics coordination, and invoice processi
  • ngAssist with annual renewals of software licensing and hardware maintenance contracts across the IT departme
  • ntCoordinate vendor relationships and support supplier communication and administrati
  • onOrganise and track deliveries, working closely with Desktop Support and Infrastructure tea
  • msSupport procurement of IT equipment (e.g. laptops and hardware), ensuring timely ordering and delive
  • ryAssist with annual insurance processes for IT hardware in collaboration with Finance and Faciliti
  • esContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping modernise processes and syste
