Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

Location: Fully Remote, UK-Based

Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum

Role Summary:

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to take ownership of a varied caseload within a developing Real Estate team. The role offers genuine autonomy, direct client contact, and the chance to contribute to the continued growth and reputation of a boutique practice with strong corporate and commercial links.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial property transactions: Build ownership of sales, purchases, leases, refinancing, secured lending, and development work.

Support corporate transactions: Gain exposure to acquisitions and disposals where property input is required.

Advise clients clearly and commercially: Develop trusted relationships through pragmatic, solutions-focused advice.

Handle matters end-to-end: Enjoy autonomy while working within a supportive and structured firm framework.

Contribute to team growth: Play a visible role in strengthening the department’s reputation and client offering.

Work remotely with confidence: Benefit from a fully remote model while staying connected with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ PQE in commercial property.

• Confident managing a varied commercial property caseload with minimal supervision.

• Experience across sales, purchases, landlord and tenant, refinancing, secured lending, and development matters.

• Able to provide corporate property support on acquisitions and disposals.

• Comfortable using case management systems and recording time accurately.

• Clear, professional communicator with a proactive and commercially aware approach.
