Location: Scotland, predominantly remote working

Working pattern: Ideally three days per week, although four or five days will also be considered

A fast-growing business operating in the electric vehicle infrastructure sector is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to support the continued expansion of its network across Scotland.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious company at the heart of the UK’s transition to cleaner transport. Working closely with the General Counsel and wider commercial teams, you will take responsibility for real estate matters relating to the acquisition and development of new sites.

The rol

eYou will manage a varied pipeline of property transactions involving numerous sites. Your responsibilities will include

  • :Negotiating and completing leases, licences, wayleaves and other property agreement
  • sSupporting the acquisition and development of new site
  • sReviewing title documentation and advising on property risk
  • sManaging transactions from initial instruction through to completio
  • nWorking closely with landlords, landowners, external solicitors and internal stakeholder
  • sProviding pragmatic and commercially focused advice to the busines
  • sHelping to improve processes and documentation as the Scottish portfolio grow

ouYou will be a Scottish-qualified lawyer with strong commercial real estate experience gained within private practice, in-house or a combination of bot

h.You should be comfortable running transactions independently and managing a steady pipeline of matters. Experience within energy, infrastructure, renewables, development or utilities would be helpful, although it is not essentia
