Raccoon Media Group – Accounts Receivable Admin Assistant
Location: Office based in Guildford, Surrey
Hours: Part time – 21 hours per week
Contract Type: Initial 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.
Salary: £28,000 FTE pro-rata (plus discretionary bonus)

Key Responsibilities:
· Raising and issuing customer invoices
· Supporting on account reconciliations
· Support with customer queries
· Assisting with month end reporting
Essential skills you will need:
· Some understanding of Accounts Receivable purpose and functions
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and other analytical formulas, data validation and cleansing, and reporting/reconciliation analysis.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
· Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
· A team player with good interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Nice to haves:
· Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Finance Administration, or similar finance role.
· Experience using Xero
· Experience working in a high-volume transactional environment.
· AAT qualification or equivalent finance studies.
