Data Quality & Compliance Coordinator
Location: London (hybrid, with fully remote working a possibility)
Type: Part-time, 24 hours per week
Reports to: Marketing Manager
The Role
You’ll own the health of our data. Day to day, that means keeping records accurate, consistent and trustworthy across HubSpot, Monday.com and connected systems, ensuring gaps in the data are flagged and filled, and making sure how data is handled remains compliant.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is meticulous and passionate about maintaining clean and complete data. You’ll set the standards, ensure those standards are maintained, and identify potential issues before they become problems.
As we continue to invest in richer, data-driven intelligence for our audience and clients, the quality of our data has become a strategic asset. This role will play a key part in ensuring our data is fit for purpose and supports that ambition.
Data Quality
- Define and maintain data standards and naming conventions, and monitor key datasets against them
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, data decay, stale records and formatting inconsistencies
- Clean, deduplicate and standardise records across HubSpot, Monday.com and related platforms
- Prepare and process imports and exports, and support accurate list generation for marketing and client-facing teams
- Report regularly on database health and flag risks early
Data Compliance
- Maintain GDPR-related housekeeping, including suppression lists, opt-outs, consent records and data retention processes
- Help ensure the lawful basis for processing data is clear and appropriately documented
- Support the handling of data subject requests and help maintain audit-ready data practices
- Create and maintain clear, practical documentation, including data dictionaries and data-entry guidelines, to ensure consistency and compliance
Working with the Team
- Partner with analysts and reporting teams to provide clean, analysis-ready data
- Support colleagues in maintaining high standards of data quality and governance across the business
