We’re partnering with a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Interim HR Manager to support during a period of change and growth.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives, support operational delivery, and ensure a high-quality employee experience across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with site and senior management on all HR matters
• Leading on employee relations, including complex casework
• Supporting organisational change, restructuring, and workforce planning
• Coaching and advising line managers on best practice
• Driving engagement, performance, and retention initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policies

About you:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HRBP within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
• Strong generalist HR knowledge with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
• Confident managing complex ER cases and advising senior stakeholders
• Able to hit the ground running in an interim capacity
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
