Job Description Our client, a renowned institution and visitor attraction operating in the arts and culture sector is now seeking a confident and proactive Human Resources Advisor to play a key role in delivering expert Employee Relations (ER) support across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives on managing complex people matters, building trusted relationships, and coaching managers to achieve fair and consistent outcomes. With a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, you will take ownership of a varied case portfolio, supporting managers through the full lifecycle of ER matters. These will include disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, probation and workplace investigations. Identify risks and trends, proactively recommending solutions to improve people management practices You will bring strong experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to confidently manage cases from start to finish.
