Job Description Position: Child Development Team Leader (52 weeks) Annual Salary: £37,590.25 – £43,771.71 per annum About the Role: In this role you will support with the day-to-day management of the nursery and support the effective delivery of the service. You will contribute to supporting the curriculum in the setting and develop programmes to ensure the needs of the service users are met. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting the management of an Early Years establishment. • Delivering an inclusive and diverse Early Years service that protects and cares for children. • Support others in understanding children and childhood. • Support the appropriate and effective delivery of curricula. • Develop, implement, monitor and review plans and programmes to ensure the needs of all service users are being met. Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment along with SSSC Registration. HNC Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 7 (formerly Early Education and Childcare); or SVQ Social Services – Children and Young People Level 7; or NNEB or equivalent qualification that meets the requirements for SSSC registration at practitioner level.
