Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is highly analytical, resourceful, customer‑focused, team‑oriented, and can work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate leads by doing and excels through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. They collaborate in a large organization, work directly with software engineers to deliver customer‑facing technology products, and have a unique understanding of digital B2C products and data platforms—including customer behavioral patterns, app development frameworks, screen‑size optimizations, OS‑specific features, and app performance.

They are technically experienced, can discuss trade‑offs in technology choices, and influence stakeholders and senior leadership with data‑driven judgments. They have a track record of end‑to‑end ownership and delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Prime Video App Experience team, you will build experiences across living room, web, and mobile, across geographies, and lead cross‑client initiatives such as telemetry excellence and customer retention. You will develop strategy and vision, create product roadmaps, and work with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market. You will grow product opportunities and enhance our customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering
  • Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
  • Experience owning feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data‑driven decisions
