COMPASS Pathways is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Information Security to lead the development, implementation, and operation of the cybersecurity program. In this critical role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, protect company data, and strengthen security posture as the organization prepares for commercial launch.

The right candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Cyber security along with extensive IT and security experience, and a proactive approach to vulnerability management and incident response.
