About the Role
Reactive Access Planner – Balfour Beatty – Connect Plus Services (CPS). We are supporting the M25 London Orbital Motorway project. CPS is a joint venture between Balfour Beatty, Atkins and Egis, responsible for operating and maintaining the M25.
Location: Dartford, Leatherhead or South Mimms.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating access for reactive works across the network.
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to agree access arrangements.
- Ensuring all access requests meet safety and compliance standards.
- Managing changes to plans and responding quickly to operational challenges.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of access.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a planning, scheduling or access planning role (utilities, rail or highways desirable).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements in a live operational environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to reactive demands.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, particularly local authorities.
