As an AI Engineer at Gradient Labs, you will join a high-caliber team of ex-Monzo leaders to architect and scale sophisticated AI agents. You’ll build the intelligent core of their customer support platform, which has already scaled to $1M ARR in just four months, focusing on reliability and security in highly regulated markets.

What You Will Do

• Design and deploy agentic AI systems that handle complex customer support workflows in real-time for major financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the Chief Scientist to implement industry-leading fraud detection and security protocols within AI agent interactions.
• Scale machine learning infrastructure to support thousands of concurrent users while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and low latency.
