Job Description

Secure clearance level: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance. Travel required: 20% UK and internationally, more if of interest.

Responsibilities

• Highlight and communicate concerns, results and ideas to team members from a systems design perspective.
• Work with the development team to assess feasibility of software components, understand user requirements and solution details.
• Define and contribute to the high-level software system architectural design using peer review processes.
• Determine the role of software components within the project’s system aspects.
• Participate in daily operations when needed to meet critical schedules or resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• Passionate about bringing new ideas and questioning the status quo.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to gather information from internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with SysML-compliant architectural modelling tools such as Rhapsody, Cameo, Gaphor or similar (training provided).
• Knowledge of software solutions within a product environment and experience in modelling to capture system design.
• Familiarity with interpreting Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) diagrams.
• Professional level experience in system engineering.
