Registered Midwife

Firstpoint Healthcare are recruiting for Midwives for either ad‑hoc shifts or long‑term vacancies.

Requirements: Current NMC registration with no restrictions on practice, and at least 6 months experience within the NHS in your chosen setting.

Pay Rates: £20‑£36 per hour. Full and part‑time opportunities on both day and night shifts are available to suit all applicants.

No requirement to drive; shifts are tailored to your availability, lifestyle and location.

Responsibilities

• Provide a person‑centred approach to serve and protect the dignity of patients and their care plans.
• Lead and delegate medical tasks including assessments and evaluations of care plans, observations and record keeping.
• Liaise with doctors and GPs.
• Order, administer, store and dispose of controlled drugs in line with specific guidelines.
