Job Introduction
Band 5 Registered Nurse working for HCRG Care Group at Livingstone Community Hospital. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of about 30 staff to provide holistic assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care. Passionate about rehabilitation and encouraging patients towards independent living.
Main Responsibility
Use strong communication and organisational skills to deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey. Care for patients and families, share best practice, actively improve care, and help change things for the better.
The Ideal Candidate
Registered Nurse with license to practice. Passionate about patient rehabilitation and encouraging independence. Willingness to cover all shift patterns including nights and weekends. Confident using IT systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
