Senior 2nd‑Line IT Engineer — Remote Support & Cloud Solutions

Energy Jobline ZR is looking for a customer-focused 2nd Line Technical Engineer in Glasgow. You will diagnose and resolve IT issues, build and configure hardware/software solutions, and support project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a 2nd Line support role, a thorough understanding of Microsoft 365, and strong communication skills. We seek someone who can work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
