Service Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of the whole portfolio of our products, representing the company in front of customers and bringing your expertise in the field of CCTV and access control.

Responsibilities

• Installation of CCTV, Wireless Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems.
• Basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
• Completion of preventative maintenance such as health checks.
• Managing own van stock and maintaining tools and test equipment, ensuring they are properly calibrated.
• Commissioning of installations, including walk tests of CCTV systems and technical sign-offs with Technical Support.

Qualifications

• Access Control, CCTV, and fire and security knowledge.
• Green CSCS card and valid driver’s licence.
• Network cable knowledge.
• IP CCTV knowledge is a nice to have.
• Experience engaging with customers in a pressured environment is preferable.

Locations: South Yorkshire, Solihull (West Midlands). Travel required 61%–100%.
