Pontoon is recruiting a Service Desk Engineer for a high-profile Banking client in Chester. This hybrid role requires first line support for internal resources via voice and chat, focusing on excellent client care.
Candidates should be skilled in troubleshooting Microsoft applications and have experience in customer service, working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple chats simultaneously.
This is an initial 12-month contract with potential for extension. In-house training will be provided.
