Key Responsibilities

  • You proactively identify stakeholders, build and manage relationships, and support the priorities of the delivery team
  • You build strong relationships with the user community, and build understanding of the drivers behind their requirements
  • You work with stakeholders to elicit, capture and elaborate their requirements, documenting them to a level which enables effective delivery of required outcomes without prescribing the solution(s)
  • You act as the liaison between the solution delivery team and their customers in the development and implementation of new solutions, and/or enhancing of existing solutions to meet business needs

What We’re Looking For

  • An experienced business analyst who can integrate into a multi-functional agile delivery team, enabling delivery excellence with a strong focus on realising value for our customers
  • An effective communicator, who can represent their team in engagements with customers and wider stakeholders, build effective relationships and translate needs into actionable requirements
  • A systems thinker, who can contribute to shaping the project lifecycle from inception to completion, incorporating systems thinking and best‑practice approaches into the design and planning of complex projects
