We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury boutique in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales‑driven professional with a passion for luxury retail, exceptional customer service, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and memorable client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
• Support clienteling activities and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Ensure the boutique is presented to the highest standards.
• Assist with stock management, inventory control, and online order processing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive the overall success of the boutique.

• 2-3 years’ experience in luxury or premium retail.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
