About the Role

A well-regarded Further Education institution is seeking a motivated and dynamic Work Placement & Industry Experience Officer to join their team. This role is essential in facilitating work placements and experiences that enhance student learning and employability in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage work placements for students within the construction sector
• Develop relationships with local employers to secure placements
• Support students in preparing for placements, including CV writing and interview techniques
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in placement settings

• Relevant qualification or experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in a similar role within the education or construction sector
