Shift Lead – Store Opening & Operations

Marks and Spencer in Belfast is searching for a Shift Lead to oversee the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready for trading. This role involves coaching colleagues to enhance productivity and successfully manage operational tasks in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe store environment while modeling great customer service and M&S behaviours.
