The Role
- Develop and build relationships with major retail accounts in line with the commercial strategy
- Create and deliver commercial plans with effective proposals across branded and own‑label ranges
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the category, including innovation, trends and sector changes
- Create and deliver JDPs aligned to the strategic agenda
- Lead customer negotiations and become their trusted ‘go‑to’ contact
- Work cross‑functionally to drive commercial projects and contribute to an open, engaged culture
Your Background
- Strong account management experience and commercial acumen, ideally with major UK retailers
- A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail and thorough preparation for customer meetings
- Able to work collaboratively across commercial and wider business functions
- Numerically strong
- A genuine interest in the food industry
