Job Title: Urgent Care Staff – Minimum of FREC 4 (First Response Emergency Care Level 4) and ILS with more than 3 months left to expire
We are currently seeking qualified FREC 4 staff to join us for an exciting new contract in the North West. If you’re passionate about providing top‑notch emergency care and want to be part of a dynamic team, this is your perfect opportunity.
Contract Type: Full Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care in line with a minimum of FREC 4 qualifications or equivalent/above.
- Assist in stabilising patients at the scene of accidents or medical emergencies.
- Work alongside other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Ensure all clinical documentation and reports are completed accurately.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of a valid FREC 4 certification or equivalent/above with ILS and more than 3 months left to expire.
- Previous experience in emergency response or pre-hospital care is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Full Manual Driving Licence.
Preferred Qualifications
- CERAD or IHCD D1/D2 Blue Light Qualification.
- AAP Qualification.
- IHCD Technician Qualification.
- FREUC 5 qualified.
- NHS Qualified UCS or EMT qualification.
- C1 Licence preferable.

- Aged 18 and over.
- Great communication skills gained from dealing with members of the public from a range of different backgrounds.

Working as part of an ambulance crew, excellent communication, caring and time‑management skills are essential as you will support and care for a range of patients with different conditions, mobility and disabilities.
To fulfil this role you must hold a full and valid UK driving licence, be physically fit so you can undertake manual handling of patients and equipment, have previous experience in customer support and preferably patient care experience.
