Care Support Worker – Norwich
£14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements.
21 hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
Work as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and service users, and supporting wellbeing events and activities to promote a safe and engaging environment.
Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly, and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
