Responsibilities

• Financial accounting – recording transactions and assisting with financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Auditing – preparing audit work, gathering evidence and reviewing financial statements under supervision
• Taxation – supporting with VAT, PAYE and NIC returns and fiscal valuations
• Client liaison – attending client premises and working directly with their teams
• General administration – correspondence, file maintenance and other duties as required

What we’re looking for

• A-Level student or university graduate
• Keen to study towards AAT or ACA qualification
• Enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn
• Comfortable in an office-based role

The details

• Location: Dorking, Surrey (fully office based)
• Hours: 9am – 5pm
• AAT pathway: £18,000-£19,000 + discretionary bonus (salary reviewed after year 1)
• ACA pathway: £19,500-£21,000 + discretionary bonus (salary reviewed after year 1)
