Responsibilities

  • Support adults with learning disabilities and autism who have complex needs to lead the best life possible
  • Assist with daily living and personal care to promote independence
  • Mentor and share skills and experiences with colleagues
  • Promote a positive and caring environment for all service users

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication and physical health
  • Background in social care (qualification not required, experience is essential)
  • Ability to connect with people and be passionate about supporting them to live independently
