Salary: £28,943.73 + Bonus (circa £31,000.00 OTE)

Location: St. Ives, Cambridgeshire

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing your own caseload of properties to a high standard
• Liaising with, looking after, and constantly updating our clients, beneficiaries and business partners with the progress of each transaction
• Chasing estate agents and mortgage offers, checking chains and encouraging buyers and clients to do what they need to do to progress
• Troubleshooting and customer care, ensuring transactions are as smooth as possible

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in either the property industry, sales, or customer service
• Engaging personality, customer focused, keen to build relationships, confidence and enthusiasm
• Enjoy solving problems, thinking on your feet, thrive in a busy environment
• Commitment and ambition to succeed
• Well versed and experienced with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to operate independently and be a team player
