Responsibilities

• Conduct health & safety checks
• Carry out void inspections
• Sign up new tenancies
• Provide regular face‑to‑face support to customers
• Perform office‑based tasks and scheme visits
• Occasionally work from home

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Previous experience of working with adults with support needs (essential)
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to give advice and practical assistance to customers to sustain tenancies, including support with rent arrears, budgeting, utilities, safety and service access

Additional Information

Training, support and mentoring will be provided to help you develop professionally. An enhanced DBS check will be completed once an offer is made, and must be renewed every three years.
