Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manufacturing, assembly and testing of hoses.
- Operating all related equipment and machines.
- Production of raw materials (pre‑production).
- Any other duties as required by your supervisor.
- Strict adherence to all SOPs and working practices.
Quality
- To comply with ISO 9001 & API Q1 standards ensuring that all works data is sufficiently recorded and updated, and all work procedures are kept and adhered to.
- To ensure all product manufactured meets the agreed specification / acceptable standard.
- To report product and process related non‑conformities.
Safety
- To comply with company Health & Safety standards and company policies.
- To wear correct PPE at all times.
- Ensuring machines and work area are kept clean and tidy.
Keys to Success
Successful completion of training period within production section, in line with SOP instructions.
Supervisory Responsibilities

- Manually dextrous
- Well organised
- A good sense of urgency and time‑keeping
- A dynamic approach to get practical tasks done
- Previous experience as an operator in industry desired but not essential
