Job Role
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Junior ICT Service Delivery Officer to join our ICT Technical Coordination team.
Responsibilities
- Support ICT systems including PCs, laptops, iPads, Chromebooks and other ICT equipment as needed.
- Provide good customer service skills and act as the first line of support for council users.
- Support staff and pupils within Ceredigion and Powys schools with their ICT issues.
- Apply logical and creative skills to support and develop the service.
- Be polite, approachable and have a can‑do attitude.
Location
You will be expected to work predominantly at Canolfan Rheidol, Aberystwyth, or Penmorfa, Aberaeron, while also undertaking some duties at other locations as needed.
Communication Requirements
The ability to communicate effectively in Welsh and English is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous experience of ICT support and a good understanding of IT systems and hardware.
