SEN HLTA for KS1/KS2 — Lead & Support Progress

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for their KS1 and KS2 teams in Chigwell. This position offers a long-term full-time opportunity to work in a supportive environment and positively influence children’s learning and development.

Ideal candidates will have experience as Learning Support Assistants and preferably hold a Level 3 qualification. Responsibilities include leading classes, delivering interventions, and collaborating with teachers to support pupils requiring additional educational assistance.
