Youth Development Mentor: School & Community Impact

LANGTON N4P, a community development charity in East London, seeks a Youth Development Worker to mentor and support young people at risk. The role focuses on intervention for those facing school exclusion, mental health challenges, and Serious Youth Violence, through structured mentoring and workshops.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, particularly with disaffected youth. Applicants should be passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
