We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team. This role is ideal for a confident and adaptable chef who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering high standards of food and service.
Working across our two main kitchens, you will assist with the preparation and service of banqueting dinners, buffets, conferences, events and other hospitality operations. You will be comfortable stepping into different areas of the kitchen as required and capable of working independently as well as part of a wider brigade.
Flexibility is essential for this role. Rotas will typically be agreed one week in advance, and we will always do our best to work around your availability wherever possible.
