Role Overview
The Family Support Worker will work as part of an integrated team in North Lincolnshire, focusing on family health needs assessment. The role involves working with families, children and young people aged 0–19, including those with SEND, and partnering with families and other agencies to develop, implement and evaluate individual and group care packages.
Responsibilities
- Conduct family health needs assessments.
- Work directly with families, children and young people (0–19 years).
- Collaborate with families and partner agencies to design and evaluate care packages.
- Contribute to the wider public health agenda for children and young people through individual, group and community programmes.
Qualifications and Training
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
- Opportunity to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship in the role.
- Training and development program: 20% of working hours dedicated to training or study.
- Regular safeguarding, management and clinical supervision will be provided.
