HLTA – Mental Health & SEMH Support Specialist

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a specialist provision in Northampton from September 2026. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing students’ learning and wellbeing, particularly those facing mental health challenges.

This role involves delivering targeted learning interventions, working closely with teachers and external professionals, and occasionally leading lessons. Applicants must hold an HLTA qualification, possess experience with SEMH needs, and have a full UK driving licence.
