About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning in line with task schedules.
• Ensure staff understand and follow Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage the use of materials and ordering of stocks.
• Efficiently handle any issues and refer to line manager where appropriate.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently to a schedule.
