Chemistry Teacher

A Chemistry Teacher is needed in a Mixed Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.
This will be a full time long term temporary Chemistry Teacher position with scope for permanent employment in the future.
Teaching Responsibilities
Teaching for KS3 to KS4 Science classes, with the possibility of KS5 lessons being added on, depending on the experience of the appointed applicant and availability.
Remuneration
The rates of pay for this Chemistry Teacher role will range from GBP170 to GBP280 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.
School
An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School & Sixth Form in the London Borough of Merton. It is a mixed, 11‑18, non‑selective school with a wide demographic of pupils and staff. 90% of students stay in education or employment after Key Stage 4. The site has its own dedicated SEN Support Centre and a variety of sports facilities. Ofsted have noted there is positive culture of learning and a strong sense of community.
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Clear and up to date DBS
- UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
- Experience as a Chemistry Teacher in UK schools
