Ready to inspire the next generation of scientists? Orchards Academy is looking for a proactive Science Technician to join our team on a full-time, term-time basis (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Prepare apparatus, equipment, and chemical solutions for practical lessons.
- Maintain a safe environment adhering to CLEAPSS and COSHH guidelines.
- Manage stock control and accurate equipment inventories.
Qualifications
- Good general education (including GCSE English, Maths, and a Science subject)
- Practical laboratory experience
- A professional, ‘can-do’ attitude
The working basis of this role is 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, Term Time + inset days. Please let us know on your application if you would require any other working pattern, i.e part-time hours, etc.
