National PBS Practitioner & Practice Lead (Home-Based)

Swantoncare is seeking a PBS Practitioner to manage cases of individuals with complex needs in Ipswich and the south of England. The role involves conducting functional assessments, developing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans, and delivering training on PBS and Active Support.
