Teaching Assistants (Multiple Roles) Level 2 & 3 and 1/1 SEN Support

Position Overview

This role is for a Teaching Assistant within our exciting new 2‑year‑old provision, permanent at Level 2 & 3.

Key Details

• Hours: 32.5 hours per term plus 5 INSET days
• Start date: September 2026
• Salary: Grade B SCP 4 £25,185 (pro rata £19,097)
• Location: Rowley Park Academy, Highfield Grove, Stafford, ST17 9RF

Responsibilities

Support classroom teaching and learning activities, working as part of a team to promote the best outcomes for each child.

• Energetic and positive, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willing to go the extra mile to make great things happen for our children

Additional Requirements

• Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) – ability to speak fluent and spoken English is essential
• All post‑holders will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
