About UsCarnbrooke is an award winning, family owned butchery and food hall. We supply premium meat products to top hotels and restaurants across Northern Ireland, alongside running our busy retail Food Halls.
The RoleWe are seeking a talented Logistics Supervisor to lead our driving team. You will ensure timely deliveries, maintain high vehicle standards, and act as the face of our business for foodservice customers. This role includes rotational Saturday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage driver rotas, leave requests, recruitment, inductions, and performance reviews.
- Daily Operations: Devise daily schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with dispatch to meet customer demands.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce safe driving policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure vehicle checks and paperwork are completed.
- Fleet Management: Vehicle checks, manage MOTs and tax, and coordinate cost effective maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer queries quickly and ensure driver standards are upheld.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in logistics, fleet management, or supervising delivery teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide drivers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
