Prentice Portadown Ltd is a proudly family-owned retailer representing the iconic BMW and MINI brands. Operating from our state-of-the-art showroom, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our MINI Sales Team as a MINI Product Genius.
About the Role
As a MINI Product Genius, you will bring the MINI brand to life for our customers. From first enquiry to vehicle handover, youll deliver an exceptional experience, demonstrating vehicle features, supporting test drives and ensuring every customer leaves excited about their new MINI.
Working alongside our Sales Team, youll become an expert in the MINI range and help create memorable customer experiences that exceed expectations.
What We’re Looking For
Were looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Is confident, enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Possesses strong IT and communication skills.
- Is self-motivated with excellent time management.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or automotive retail.
- An interest in cars and technology.
