Duties

• Support Training in all aspects from planning to execution.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance across the department.
• Upskill existing operators to foster continuous development and growth.
• Assist in creating, updating, and distributing work instructions and single-point lessons to keep training materials relevant and effective.
• Contribute to health & safety validation and sign-offs as required.
• Provide daily feedback on operator progress to supervisors and cell leaders.
• Support additional upskilling and development tasks as needed.

Essential

• Time Served Welder
• Ability to read and interpret spec sheets drawings.
• A natural communicator and problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office and email skills, plus strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Confidence in teaching technical skills while promoting a culture of safety and quality.
