About the role As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day financial management of the organisation while driving continuous improvement across their finance processes and systems. Reporting into the Director of Finance and Operations, you will be a trusted partner to budget holders and colleagues across all departments. What you’ll be doing Leading all aspects of financial management, reporting, and controls Producing timely and accurate management accounts and forecasts Supporting budgeting and financial planning across departments Ensuring compliance with charity and financial regulations Improving finance systems, processes, and reporting insight Supporting and developing colleagues in financial understanding and best practice About you The employer is looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative and forward-thinking approach: Fully or part-qualified accountant (AAT / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Proven experience in a similar finance role Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies A proactive, approachable mindset with a passion for enabling others Charity sector experience is desirable Why join this organisation?
