The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience supporting shoulder arthroplasty procedures in the operating theatre. This candidate should be comfortable working closely with orthopaedic surgeons, managing complex clinical cases, and building strong relationships across their territory. The candidate should be able to identify growth opportunities, manage their sales pipeline effectively, and communicate efficiently with internal teams while in the field.
Responsibilitie
- sEstablish and maintain relationships with shoulder surgeons and key healthcare professional
- sProvide clinical and technical support during shoulder arthroplasty procedure
- sSupport pre-operative planning and ensure effective product utilisation in theatr
- eDeliver product training and education on shoulder replacement technologies and surgical technique
- sIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the territor
- yMeet and exceed territory sales target
- sTrack and report sales activity in an organised manne
- rCommunicate effectively with other members of the tea
