They win because they solve a real problem for couples and the practitioners guiding them through it.
Right now they’re at an inflection point. UK retail is moving. The practitioner channel—clinics, HCPs, fertility specialists—is emerging as a major revenue lever. International is starting to open up. They need a Head of Sales who can build the commercial engine that makes all of it work.
This is a build role. You’ll own strategy across retail, practitioners, and international. Shape channel approach. Build the team. Move between the strategic questions—where do we play?—and the hands-on stuff—why did that promotion underperform?

Do you bring proven Head of Sales experience, a strong track record with major UK retail accounts (Boots, Holland & Barrett, Well Pharmacy); and deep expertise in P&L ownership, JBPs, commercial execution?
