The Opportunity
Due to continued growth across the region, Convergint is seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team in Northern Ireland.
This is a key growth position focused on expanding Convergint’s presence across Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building a strong customer base, and establishing long-term relationships within the region. Working closely with our operations, engineering, and service teams, they will help drive market growth and strengthen Convergint’s position as a leading systems integrator
What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Northern Ireland.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored technology solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity within company CRM systems.
- Attend customer meetings, networking events, and industry functions as required.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual, team, and company sales targets.

- Experience within the electronic security, fire and life safety, data centre, building technologies, or related industries.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, Fire Alarm, or Integrated Security Systems.
- Experience responding to tenders and managing complex sales opportunities.
