The role

Forsyth Barnes partners with high-growth FinTech businesses and global brands to help them build high-performing technology teams.

This is a full-cycle commercial role where you’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
  • Developing your own client base within the FinTech technology market
  • Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
  • Managing client and candidate conversations throughout the process
  • Negotiating terms, closing placements, and earning commission

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for an ambitious graduate with 1–4 years’ experience in a target-driven B2B sales environment.

You’ll do well here if you are:
