The Role
- Leading and developing a successful Primary recruitment team
- Coaching and mentoring consultants to maximise performance
- Managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Supporting business development and strategic planning
- Ensuring high standards of safeguarding and compliance
- Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
About You
- Previous experience within Education Recruitment
- Proven success as a Senior Consultant, Team Leader or Manager
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Commercially minded with a track record of billing success
- Passionate about developing people and building successful teams
- Ambitious and looking for a long-term career opportunity
